These billboard vinyls were once advertisements on a billboard and can now be used as tarps, coverings, awnings, pond liners, RV covers, and more. These vinyls are made of heavy-duty, water-resistant, UV protected PVC coated vinyl.

  • Re-purposed billboard vinyl
  • Water-resistant, UV protected, heavy-duty coated PVC vinyl
  • Average thickness varies: 9 oz. per sq yard / 12 mil
  • Approximate weight: 5lbs

*Billboard vinyls are checked for large holes or tears. There is still a possibility of small pin-sized holes. The billboards have an extra 4-6" of material along all edges known as pipe sleeves/pocket edges that are not counted in the size of the vinyl. The edges of each billboard will likely have rips or tears since they were secured previously by this portion of the material. These edges will not affect the body of the tarp and are not considered damaged tarps.

These are great don't waste your money on those cheap tarps

I bought four of them the smaller ones which fit my needs perfectly they arrived quickly I can't believe how perfect these things are I mean they said every used but they look brand new they fit my needs I'm definitely going to order a larger one next time I have been wasting my money on these cheap tarps having to replace them cuz they rip here in Arizona that dry up and yeah they're useless thank you billboard vinyls

tie downs

Tried threading a rope around the perimeter but the tarp started to tear.
Installing a 3/4" pvc pipe on all 4 sides gave me a good way to tie it off without damage.

Poor workmanship.

Material seems to be good. The workmanship on making the tarp was terrible. Looks like gave a box cutter to a chimpanzee to cut out the tarp. Random cuts around edges making pretty much useless.

Disappointed

I was expecting a little better quality, but they will do they job for now. The edges had tears like the other photos, a little thinner than I expected.

I ordered a bunch of tarps, one did not ship with the reat. They quickly a d professionally made it right and sent out the last tarp. Great product great customer service.

Plan ahead for your project

Generally, I am very please with the 2 (5' x 11') BillBoards that I bought. I am using them to cover the screened walls in a room I use for my wood shop to keep out the winter wind.
As listed in the disclaimer, the edges had tears and holes which can easily be covered with duct tape. It was my understanding that the torn borders were outside of the BB measurements that I was ordering, but that was not the case. It didn't matter on this project but I will keep it in my mind for the next one. Also, they were different thicknesses. Again not a problem for this use, but others will want to keep that in mind when planning.

The shipping was more than the cost of the BB, (which were on sale) but overall still much less than the cost of new tarps at retail for a comparable product.

I recommend the company and product, and will be using them again on future projects.
