These billboard vinyls were once advertisements on a billboard and can now be used as tarps, coverings, awnings, pond liners, RV covers, and more. These vinyls are made of heavy-duty, water-resistant, UV protected PVC coated vinyl.

  • Re-purposed billboard vinyl
  • Water-resistant, UV protected, heavy-duty coated PVC vinyl
  • Average thickness varies: 9 oz. - 12 oz. per sq yard / 11-15 mil
  • Approximate weight: 45lbs

*Billboard vinyls are checked for large holes or tears. There is still a possibility of small pin-sized holes. The billboards have an extra 4-6" of material along all edges known as pipe sleeves/pocket edges that are not counted in the size of the vinyl. The edges of each billboard will likely have rips or tears since they were secured previously by this portion of the material. These edges will not affect the body of the tarp and are not considered damaged tarps.

PNW tested and approved!!

I purchased these for my dad to cover his firewood as his old blue "tarps" more resembled knotted, tattered ribbons than anything that could actually keep his wood dry. We were astonished at the size and quality of the material. Some reviewers mentioned taped holes which made me nervous but don't let that discourage you! We did have one taped spot but they used quality tape (feels like gorilla tape) that will hold up, not get brittle and fail like regular duct tape does when exposed to the elements. We were also leary of directly covering sharp split wood with these (or any plastic material) so we put scrap dimensional lumber on top of the rows before covering and have no question that it will be strong enough to last. Having just spent well over $200 on a specialty tarp for my dump trailer, the price tag of these billboard tarps along with their quality cannot be matched.

We have 4 of these that we have used for multiple purposes.... covering construction, roof leaks, outdoor furniture, RVs, garden weed control. They are the best and last so much longer than anything else we've tried. Worth the money, and the ads make it that much more fun. I hope they are visible when planes fly over!
