These billboard vinyls were once advertisements on a billboard and can now be used as tarps, coverings, awnings, pond liners, RV covers, and more. These vinyls are made of heavy-duty, water-resistant, UV protected PVC coated vinyl.

  • Re-purposed billboard vinyl
  • Water-resistant, UV protected, heavy-duty coated PVC vinyl
  • Average thickness varies: 9 oz. - 12 oz. per sq yard / 12 mil
  • Approximate weight: 20lbs

*Billboard vinyls are checked for large holes or tears. There is still a possibility of small pin-sized holes. The billboards have an extra 4-6" of material along all edges known as pipe sleeves/pocket edges that are not counted in the size of the vinyl. The edges of each billboard will likely have rips or tears since they were secured previously by this portion of the material. These edges will not affect the body of the tarp and are not considered damaged tarps.

Very good tarps

My Mom used to have a sheep and hay farm and we used old billboard tarps to cover the hay that ended up stacked outside the barns. They lasted for a lot of years and we reused them a lot. Now I found these I'm tarping over my extra lumber so I don't have to buy so many cheapy tarps(about 4 per year. Arizona is brutal on tarps. We cook in the summer and freeze with snow in the winter. I also have a frame from a tarp shed and I'm going to install one of these tarps and make a carport for my small car. Thanks. Now let's see how long they last

Billboard Vinyl 10 x 22 tarp

Material is nice. A bit thicker than the gray tarps from harbor freight.
Disappointed there were so many pin holes through-out the panels.
I folded it width wise to cover firewood. No I will not purchase anymore.

Using tarps to solarize a weed-infested field

I LOVE using recycled vinyl to solarize my field -- black plastic blows apart quickly in the desert sun where I live, so (re-)using something more substantial that can stand up to UV AND not contributing to new plastic manufacturing is perfect!

I love these

I have been using these tarps for many years covering gardening beds to keep weeds down between seasons.

Good vinal

I used the vinyl to cover a 10 x 14 shade awning. Using the Gromit kit, I was able to attach it easily. What I liked best was the water ran off and there were no pocket puddles of water that had to be pushed out from underneath the awning.

Tarp off efforts

I own a house in need of a roof, and while I'm saving the money up,these tarps are protecting the structure
